May I order samples? We offer a free personalised wedding sample to every potential client who views our portfolio.  Please contact us and make an appointment for Helen to bring our portfolio out to you.  You can view our Wedding Collection and choose what you would like to see in the colour of your choice & your details on it. If you would like to order a sample without viewing our portfolio or would like more than one sample, we will happily provide them but at a cost of £7 each.  Please allow 21 days for your sample to be made & despatched.

How do I order? Please contact us (see bottom of this page for contact details) to make an appointment or to chat through your requirements.

What if I require more than I originally ordered? Please contact us and as long as our schedule allows, we will be delighted to make extras as you require. Please note however that it is always worth ordering a few extra with your original order as we cannot guarantee an exact match in materials with subsequent orders & if we do not have enough materials in stock for your extras there will be a special delivery charge added to your order.

Will you send me a proof? Absolutely! Proofs are emailed to you & we ask you to triple check them & reply to us before we proceed with your order.  We can provide paper proofs but there is a charge.
